Why Most Diets Never Work…

There are literally thousands of diets out there, but why do almost all of them never work? It’s because most diets have you starving your body, which is terrible for you!

While doing some searching, I found that some of these diets have you eating less than 800 calories a day. But we need more than 1,200 calories just to survive!
